Step Installing Windows XP with USB :
1. Plug in a USB flash drive into any USB port. Remember his drive position. Is the F:, G:, H:, and so on.
2. When you are in the normal (desktop), insert the Windows XP installation CD into the optical drive. If the computer running the installation process automatically, cancel it and close all applications being run.
3. Download and extract the application that the author gave. Advice author, extract the entire contents to a folder, such as C: \ USB.
4. Next, open the folder where you extract the application installation module makers, this time we take the example C: \ USB.
5. Run the file named "usb_prep8.bat" then the screen Command Prompt window will appear containing various commands. If it appears the words "Press any key to continue," press any key to confirm.
6. On the screen will pop up a window asking you PEtoUSB format the USB flash disk. No need to change any settings, right-click Start to begin the formatting process. Answer the confirmation for your needs.
7. If completed, close the window PEtoUSB (do not close the Command Prompt window that was open when you run usb_prep8.bat), then the screen will display the options of 0 to 5.
8. Use option 1 to select the source installation files will be copied to the flash disk. Here, specify the drive where you saved the installation of Windows XP. Choose only the optical drive where the existing Windows XP CD in it, or select a folder of your choice if you have copied the Windows XP installation files to a specific folder.
9. Select option 3 to determine where you are striking a flash disk. If you're a flash disk in drive F:, then type F and press ENTER. If the drive G: then type G and press ENTER, and so on goes for another drive.
10. Then select option 4 to start the installation process modules will be copied to the flash disk automatically. Answer any confirmation that comes with the Y, or YES or OK or other form of agreement.
Done! Now your flash disk has been prepared for installation of Windows XP! Please do the settings in your BIOS subnotebook, and select the Removeable Disk (or whatever other name) as the first medium that is executed when booting.

SOP How to Operate an iPod
Description: In the past few years, the Apple Ipod has been all the rage amongst people ranging from young child to adult. Perhaps it is the sleek look, perhaps it's the portability, perhaps its sheer massive amount of songs contained in such a small MP3 player.
Step by step:
1. You have to turn it on. To do so you hane to press any five buttons. (forward, backward, play/pause, menu, middle/select).
2. Having done this, you will enter the main screen with the options Playlists, Browse, Extras, Settings, Backlight, and Now playing.
3. To access the songs you have uploaded into your Ipod, choose the Browse selection by pressing the center blank button. The next screen shows the options for how you would like to browse your songs including by Artist, Albums, Songs, Genres, and Composers. No matter which option you choose, they will be in alphabetical order.
4. You can change the volume by simply scrolling left or right on the circular pad. To fast forward or rewind, press the select button once, you will notice a small diamond where normally you would see shaded grey (color may vary based on version of Ipod) indicating how close the song is to done.

Preventative Maintenance
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE DAILY INSPECTIONS - PROCEDURES
Procedure
The first step of any preventative maintenance system is to use your powers of observation. The most important items of "equipment" for implementing an effective preventative maintenance system are our eyes, nose, ears, experience, and judgement.
1. Routinely walk around the language laboratory at regular intervals (once or twice a day if possible). Look for damaged or unplugged headsets, physical damage to the master console or student units, student units with missing tapes, frayed, loose, or damaged cables, damaged furniture (especially chairs), etc. * As you carry out the inspection tidy up cables and headsets so that they are neat.
NOTE: If students see that equipment is respected and cared for by staff they are more likely to treat the equipment with respect.
• Check the master console (see Master Console section)
• Turn on the power to the stabilizer and main power supply
• Listen as the system "powers up" for any unusual sounds.
NOTE: Always give attention to any unusual sounds or odors coming from any of the electrical equipment. These may give an early warning of any cable damage or faults in the system.
If you suspect any faults in the system turn everything off immediately. A delay may result in more serious damage to other equipment.
a. Inspect all cables and connections, especially where the cables go into, and come out of the floor ducts (or conduits).
b. Also look for insects or rodents (rats) which may have come into contact with the live cables or terminals. As their bodies decay they can cause a short circuit which can cause a circuit breaker to open, or more serious damage.

I. TUJUAN
Memfasilitasi dan membantu siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dan mengembangkan potensi dalam berbahasa.

b) Kepala sekolah mengirimkan memo yang berisi perintah penggunaan laboratorium bahasa kepada pihak TU SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta.
c) Pihak TU SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta menginstruksikan ke pihak laboratorium bahasa untuk mempersiapkan segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan tersebut.
d) Pihak laboratorium bahasa mempersiapkan sarana dan prasarana, pengaturan jadwal serta mengkoordinasi apa saja yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan tersebut.

Sop How to operate a laptop computer
The proper operation of a laptop computer ensures that the laptop not only works properly but also protects the user from any injury or harm. Improper ways of operating a laptop computer and not following the prescribed operating procedures and safety issues can lead to irreparable damage to the laptop computer. An improperly operated laptop can also cause injury to the user such as a laptop burn. A laptop computer has different operational needs as compared with a desktop computer hence should be handled and managed in a more delicate manner as that of desktop computers.
Materials Needed:

Step 1
The laptop computer has to be shut down whenever it is not in use to prevent it from overheating. Every laptop user must remember that laptop computers generally warm up faster than desktop computers. To help the laptop computer avoid overheating when not in use even for short durations, the user may make adjustments on the power options provided in the laptop computer. The user can program the hard drive and display to turn off after preset time duration. Another option for the user is to set the computer into hibernate or standby mode.
Step 2
The user should shut down the computer before placing the laptop in its carrying bag since the laptop can melt when left on, particularly when the notebook is placed in a container where no air or limited air is allowed to circulate.
Step 3
The laptop’s air vents must also be periodically inspected and cleaned to keep these air vents free from debris. However, the user must not force anything into the air vents to clean its inside as this may cause damage to the laptop computer. The laptop fan should also be checked since an improperly working laptop fan can be a cause for overheating. To test the laptop fan, the user may download the software from the laptop manufacturer’s website or online support. In some cases where the laptop fans are controlled through BIOS, the user may check online from the manufacturer’s website for any BIOS updates.
Step 4
The user must also ensure that the laptop is operated on a hard surface and preferably one that provides ventilation. Users are not advised to use a soft material between the user and the laptop since soft materials can block the flow of air and thus create overheating. A heat sink base could be used if the use of a soft surface is unavoidable.
Step 5
The user must also unplug any accessories whenever the laptop computer is not in use. These accessories not only consume power but they could also lead to overheating of the laptop.

3. I think the jury can respond that Power Point presentation is only a tool which can help the presenter to transfering his material to audiences. So, the jury respond successful presentation if the audiences can accept and know what the presenter means. In the other hand, the presentation must be interesting.
4. Understanding checks, questions, opening questions, brainstorming, “stump your partner”, “check up”, focused listening, two minutes summary, muddiest point.
5. The presenter can break big charts into more than one slide and his power point slides can be emphasized by simplify graphics. He also can eliminate extranous information and make the graphic as large as possible.

Komentar/saran evaluator:
Setelah melalui proses evaluasi materi, buku ini memiliki beberapa kelebihan dan juga kekurangan. Dari evaluasi yang telah dilakukan maka bila diambil nilai akhir rata-rata, buku ini termasuk golongan buku yang cukup. Penilaian ini di dasarkan pada hasil evaluasi dari aspek kelayakn isi, kebahasaan, sajian dan kegrafisan. Dari segi kelaykan isi, buku ini cukup baik karena isi yang ada di dalam buku kebanyakan sudah sesuai dengan tuntutan pendidikan saat ini. Bila dilihat dari segi kebahasaan, buku ini cukup baik dalam menggunakan pilihan kata yang sesuai dengan bahasan, namun ada ketidak sesuaian antara penggunaan bahasa inggris dengan bahasa asli indonesia yang tak sedikit menimbulakan makna ambigu bila dipahami. Bila dilihat dari segi sajian maka aspek kelengkapan informasi perlu mendapat perhatian karena kadang ada penyajian materi yang kelengakapan informasinya dirasa kurang bila diaplikasikan pada peserta didik. Di segi grafis masih banyak terdapat kekurangan terutama keberadaan gambar ilustrasi yang sangat berguna sebagai gambar penjelas dalam bahasan tertentu. Hal ini akan berdampak pada tingkat pemahaman siswa yang berkurang karena minimnya gambar ilustrasi, sehingga segi ini perlu mendapat perhatian khusus bagi para guru supaya bisa menyampaikan materi dengan baik.

If the lesson will be continue to the next chapter, this book also make a special page which is suitable with the next chapter. For example in page 29. There are drawing a situation in post office. It suitable with the theme in the next chapter. In the end of each chapter, this book usually give a game. The purpose is to make the learners mind feel relax and fresh.
